Join the Fellowship
A weekly community of practice for women who are longing for deeper connection, authentic conversation, and a place where they can simply be themselves.
If you are used to being the strong one, the reliable one, the one who holds everything together; this space is for you.
If you’ve done healing work, know the language of growth, and still find yourself longing for genuine community and belonging — this space is for you.
If you are tired of performing, carrying everything alone, and trying to figure it all out by yourself; this space is for you.
You do not need to have all the answers here.
You do not need to fix yourself here.
You do not need to hold it all together here.
You do not need to carry it alone here.

What This Is
The Living From the Heart Fellowship is a weekly gathering for women who are ready to move beyond surviving and begin practicing a more connected, intentional way of living.
This is not therapy.
This is not a support group.
This is not another self-improvement program.
This is a community of practice.
Every Tuesday we come together in conversation.
Sometimes we begin with a brief meditation or grounding practice.
Sometimes we reflect on a meaningful book, a teaching, or a question that invites deeper awareness.
Most often, we simply begin where we are.
As women share their lives, relationships, challenges, joys, and questions, something remarkable happens.
We realize that while our stories may be different, our humanity is often the same.
The conversation becomes the practice.
The community becomes the mirror.
And together, we remember what it means to live from the heart.
Who This Is For
This fellowship may be for you if:
• you are longing for deeper connection and community
• you often feel like the one who holds everything together
• you are navigating transition, change, or awakening
• you have done healing work but still feel disconnected or alone at times
• you are seeking grounded spirituality and authentic relationships
• you want a place where you can show up exactly as you are
• you are ready to practice a different way of living — one rooted in presence, compassion, and truth
What Women Are Discovering
Women in this community have shared:
“This is teaching my nervous system what safe family feels like.”
“I don’t have to wear a mask here.”
“I finally understand what people mean when they talk about belonging.”
“I can show up exactly as I am.”
“This is the most authentic group I’ve ever been part of.”
Again and again, women describe the same realization:
I came looking for healing. I found community.
What You’ll Leave With
Over time, many women notice:
• a greater sense of belonging
• deeper trust in themselves
• more authentic relationships
• increased emotional resilience
• a calmer, more grounded nervous system
• greater compassion for themselves and others
• the experience of being fully seen without needing to be fixed
Most of all, the intention is that you experience what so many of us are longing for:
A place to return to each week.
A place to practice being human.
A place to belong while becoming.
Meet Your Guide
Jamie Kruse, LCSW
For nearly two decades, Jamie has supported individuals through healing, growth, and transformation as a therapist, teacher, and community leader.
Drawing from psychotherapy, embodiment, mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and spiritual practice, Jamie creates spaces where women can reconnect with themselves and one another in ways that feel grounded, compassionate, and real.
Her work is rooted in a simple belief:
Healing happens in relationship.
Growth happens through practice.
Belonging changes everything.
Come as you are.
Practice being human.
Belong while becoming.
