A Day to Put It All Down in Nature
A one-day retreat for women who are tired of holding everything together alone.
If you are used to being the strong one, the reliable one, the one others lean on — this space is for you.
This retreat is for women who have done inner work, know the language of healing, and still feel the weight of it in their body.
On May 17, 2026, we’ll gather in nature for a grounded day to step out of over-functioning and into a more supported, embodied presence.
You do not need to figure everything out here. You do not need to hold it all together here. You do not need to carry it alone here.

What This Day Is
This is a quiet, grounded day retreat in nature for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and receive support in a deeper way.
Held at Aviana Yoga with Jamie Kruse and Holly Johnson, this experience is designed to help women soften the pressure, come back into their body, and leave with a felt sense of steadiness, support, and clarity.
The day will include opening the space together, guided teaching, embodied practice, aerial yoga, grounding work, lunch, integration, and closing circle.
This is not about pushing through. This is not about collecting more insight. This is about creating space for what has not fully landed yet to begin to settle in.
Who This Is For
This retreat may be for you if:
you are used to being the one others rely on
you hold a lot and keep going, even when you feel overwhelmed underneath
you have done therapy, healing work, or personal growth work, but still feel the weight in your body
you are tired of carrying so much alone
you are craving a grounded, supportive space to slow down and reconnect
What You’ll Experience
What You’ll Experience
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through a blend of:
an opening circle to ground, arrive, and settle into the space
a gentle opening ritual to clear and begin the day with intention
grounded teaching and reflection
small-group embodied practice, including aerial yoga and mat / grounding work
breathwork, drumming, and sound healing
time in nature to walk, reflect, rest, and reconnect
a healthy lunch, tea, and spacious time to simply be
a closing circle to integrate and complete the day
This day is meant to feel both held and simple — not overpacked, not performative, and not one more thing to get right.
What You’ll Leave With
You’ll leave with:
a felt sense of calm and grounding
more connection to yourself and your body
support that feels real, not abstract
tools you can actually use in real moments
a clearer sense of what it feels like to soften the pressure instead of just push through it
Most of all, the intention is that you leave feeling lighter, more supported, and less alone in what you’ve been carrying.
